Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and ScumbleAI. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key you have issued. Keep your password and keys to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe either has been exposed.

You must confirm your email address before you can generate images. One person may not hold multiple accounts to obtain additional free tokens.

Generating an image spends tokens. Your plan grants an allowance each month. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.

When a generation fails because our provider was unavailable, the tokens are returned to your balance automatically. When a generation fails because the prompt was refused, the tokens are spent and are not returned.

Changing plan resets your allowance to that plan's monthly figure. It does not add the new allowance on top of your existing balance.

You may not use ScumbleAI to create or share material that:

• sexualises minors, in any style or context;
• depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual, degrading or deceptive way, including political deepfakes;
• incites violence or hatred against people on the basis of who they are;
• is unlawful where you are, or infringes someone else's copyright or trade mark;
• is intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a person or organisation.

You also may not attempt to bypass filters or rate limits, resell access, scrape the service, or use automated access outside the documented API on a qualifying plan.

You keep whatever rights you have in the images you generate. We claim no ownership of them.

Publishing an image to the community, or sharing it through a public link, grants us a licence to store, display and distribute that image for the purpose of running those features. Unpublishing or revoking the link ends that licence for future use.

Generated images may resemble other outputs. We make no promise that any image is unique, or that it is free of third-party rights.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or block a network address where we believe these terms have been broken, or to protect the service and the people using it.

A block shows a reason, a duration where one applies, and a Ban ID. You may appeal by contacting support and quoting that ID.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. ScumbleAI is in open beta: expect defects, downtime and changes.

We may put the service into maintenance without notice. We will restore access as soon as we reasonably can.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your generations, images, tokens and history permanently. That cannot be undone and no refund arises from it.

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will say so in the product. Continuing to use ScumbleAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
