01What is an AI image generator?
An AI image generator turns a text prompt into an image. On Neon Secure you describe your scene, GPT-Image-2 renders the frame, and the result saves directly to your gallery with the prompt, resolution, and seed attached.
02Is Neon Secure free to use?
Yes. Every new account gets 10 tokens every month, output up to 1920×1080, and up to 2 images per batch. No payment card is needed to sign up.
03Can I generate images from text prompts?
Yes. Write a prompt, pick an output size, and optionally add a negative prompt or a fixed seed. GPT-Image-2 usually finishes an image in about half a minute.
04What is GPT-Image-2?
GPT-Image-2 is the image model behind every Neon Secure plan. It follows detailed prompts closely and renders square and widescreen output, up to 4096×4096. Sizes above 1920×1080 are included with Pro, Plus and Ultra.
05How do tokens work?
One token makes one image at 1024×1024 or 1920×1080. Larger sizes use more: 2048×2048 costs 4 tokens and 4096×4096 costs 5. Your allowance refreshes every month.
06What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails on our side, for example because the image provider is unavailable, the tokens go straight back to your balance and the refund appears in your history. Prompts refused under the content rules are not refunded.
07Is there a text-to-image REST API?
Yes. The Pro, Plus, and Ultra plans include API keys and REST endpoints for rendering images, retrieving gallery items, and querying balance. Rate limits are 60 requests per minute.
08Do I have to verify my email?
We send a 6-digit confirmation code upon registration. Entering the code activates generation access. Codes remain valid for 10 minutes.
09Who owns the generated images?
You keep whatever rights you have in the images you generate, and Neon Secure claims no ownership of them. Images stay private in your gallery unless you share a link or publish them to the community. The terms of service have the details.
10Can I cancel a subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops subsequent renewals while retaining access through the end of the paid billing period. Complete refund terms are detailed on the refunds page.
